Of course he is buying votes. I do not make much money and I am surely struggling but I have not received anything. All welfare recipients received $250. earlier this year along with SS recipients. Now only a select few receive more. Do you really think these people are going to spend this money ONLY for school supplies or for a high today. This is ridiculous. Why not $50 for all the indigent? As long as we are going to have a give away.
