Frequently Asked Questions...
What's a better PC in sequence Dell, Gateway, HP, etc.?
If I were to get a new computer I'd like feedback.
The Gateway I saw had a killa gb thingy, somthing like that I'm not good with that stuff is that good?
Answer:
I've had experience with Dell only, and they tend to screw everything up, but it's all workable around. Apparently HP is decent, but stay far away from Gateway. Your best bet is to build yourself. It's easy to learn (don't worry) and you can get a 1200 dollar computer for about 700, and so on and so forth. Dell would probably be the best otherwise.

How to Replace the Gateway MX8000 Keyboard In Person
As the long time usage of our laptop, it may have some parts damaged and need replacement, such as the ac adapter, lcd panle, laptop battery. In fact, as the parts broken, we do not need to send it to manufacture for replacement immediately, because it is too expensive and takes long time. We could replace them all by ourselves if we just following the right procedure and take little effort. I just would show you my experience of replacing my own Gateway MX8000 Keyboard.
Before replacement, just purchase the right new one laptop keyboard online with the laptop model no. full one year warranty is also needed. As soon as I receive the new Gateway MX8000 keyboard, prepare the tools may needed, such as Flat-head screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver.
First of all, do remember to Turn off the computer's power and unplug the power cord. Remove the battery as well to prevent a loss of data when removing the keyboard.
Secondly Place the laptop onto a flat, clean, dry work area, screen side up. Open the screen as much as possible to gain access to the keyboard. Pry up the plastic bezel at the top of the keyboard. Use your fingers to pull the bezel from the case, starting from the left-had side and working your way to the right until you can lift the bezel away completely. If it's difficult to gain purchase on the edge of the bezel then use the tip of a flat-head screwdriver to wedge the bezel from the case. Beneath the bezel you will find two small screws.
Then Remove the two screws holding the keyboard in place with a Phillips screwdriver. Lift the keyboard from the case, making sure to disconnect the keyboard cable from the bottom of the keyboard as you remove it.
Place the replacement keyboard face down across the bottom of the laptop with the top of the keyboard towards the bottom of the computer and the ribbon cable towards the screen. Attach the ribbon cable to the connector on the motherboard, and then slide the keyboard into the case, reversing the removal process. Secure the keyboard with the two screws at the top. Replace the bezel along the top of the system above the keyboard to complete the replacement keyboard installation.
If there is no response from the new keyboard, try to replace it again. Because of nervous, sometimes you may make some mistakes for the first time to replace it.
